1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all initial subscriptions.

If you are not completely satisfied with Subtext for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase. We will refund the full amount paid, no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Subject: Refund Request - [Your Order ID]

Please include your Order Reference Number (starts with "B..." or similar, found in your email receipt from Paddle) in your request so we can locate your transaction quickly.

3. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed by our payment partner, Paddle. Funds typically return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time to prevent future charges:

  • Log in to the Customer Portal (link provided in your purchase email).

5. Access Revocation

Please note that once a refund is issued, your access to Subtext features will be immediately revoked, and your account will be downgraded to the free tier.
